Acts or 1975; Section 8 of
Chapter 886 of the Acts of
1975 being hereby modified
to the extent that said work
may be undertaken upon satis-
factory assurances to the
Board of Public Works that
said project can be completed
with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for that pur-
pose (Prince George's
County). TO THE EXTENT
OF THIS APPROPRIATION, THE
PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 27,
§ 710B(A), LIMITING THE
STATE'S SHARE TO 75 PERCENT
OF THE APPROVED CAPITAL COSTS
AND REQUIRING A LOCAL CON-
TRIBUTION FOR THE BALANCE
OF THE CAPITAL COSTS, ARE
WAIVED. HOWEVER, THE STATE'S
SHARE SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
75 PERCENT AND THE CENTER SHALL
COMPLY WITH ALL OTHER PROVISIONS
OF ARTICLE 27, §§ 706 THROUGH

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of Section 10 of chapter 195 of the Acts of
1973, as amended by Chapter 563 of the Acts of 1975, be
and they are hereby waived insofar as they impose a time
for placing under contract the following projects in
Section 5 of said Chapter 195:
