isfactory assurances to the
Board of Public Works that
said project can be complet-
ed with the aggregate of the
funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for that purpose.
This appropriation is contin-
gent upon the State and the
Counties of St. Mary's,
Charles and Calvert negoti-
ating a satisfactory agreement
whereby the Counties agree to
fund their share of the costs
of the Pretrial Detention
Module pursuant to the formula
contained in Section 705,
Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland for the
Counties to provide 50% of
the cost of the Pretrial
Building, and 13.24% of the
cost of the jointly shared
Gymnasium and Dispensary
