and Queen Anne's Counties; to provide that an
appropriation for the Department of Public Safety
and Correctional Services, Division of Correction,
for acquisition of a site for a Community
Correctional Center in Prince George's County be
used for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Prince George's County; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, the provisions of Section 1(G)(1)(a)(2)
and (3) of Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976 to
provide that an appropriation for the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services, Division of
Correction, to supplement the appropriation for
conversion of the Southern Maryland Correctional
Camp into a Regional Correctional Center be used for
a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Charles
County and a pretrial facility in Charles County; to
provide that an appropriation for the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services, Division of
Correction, to supplement the appropriation for
acquisition of a site for a Community Correctional
Center in Prince George's County be used for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Prince
George's County; to waive the provision of Section
10 of Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973, as amended by
Chapter 563 of the Acts of 1975, said section
relating to the time by which projects contained in
the General Construction Loan of 1973 must be placed
under contract, insofar as the provisions of said
section relate to an item contained in Chapter 195
of the Acts of 1973 for a Community Correctional
Center in Prince George's County, as amended by this
Act; to an item contained in said Act for a
Community Correctional Center in Baltimore City, as
amended by this Act; to an item contained in said
Act for a Community Correctional Center to serve the
Howard Carroll Frederick area, as amended by this
Act; to waive the provisions of Section 10 of
Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, said section
relating to the time by which projects contained in
the General Construction Loan of 1975 must be placed
under contract, insofar as the provisions of said
section relate to an item contained in Chapter 886
of the Acts of 1975 for construction of Baltimore
City Community Correctional Center No. 2, as amended
by this Act; to an item in said Act for equipment
for the Regional Community Correctional Center for
St. Mary's, Charles and Calvert Counties, as amended
by this Act; to an item in said Act for
supplementary funds for the acquisition of land for
a Community Correction Center, as amended by this
Act; to an item in said Act for supplementary funds
for a Community Correctional Center in Baltimore
City, as amended by this Act; to an item in said Act
for supplementary funds for a Community Correctional
Center in Prince George's County, as amended by this
Act; to an item in said Act for plans and
specifications to convert the Eastern Correctional
Camp and the Poplar Hill Correctional Camp into
