27, § 710B(a) limitation on the State's share of
approved capital costs for certain of these centers
to the extent of certain appropriations.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 5 (K)(1)(a), (b) , (d) , and (e),
and(f) of Chapter 195 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1973, be and they are hereby
repealed and re容nacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
