Correctional Center #2 be used for a Community Adult
Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore City; to provide
that an appropriation for the Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services, Division of
Correction, for conversion of the Southern Maryland
Correctional Camp into a Regional Community
Correctional Center for St. Mary's, Calvert and
Charles Counties and for a pretrial lockup be used
for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Charles County and a pretrial facility in Charles
County; to provide that an appropriation for the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, Division of Correction, for acquisition of
land for a Regional Community Correctional Center
for Worcester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties be
used for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Worcester County; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Sections 5E1(a)(2), (3), (4), (5), (6),
(8) and (9) of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975 to
provide that an appropriation for the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services, Division of
Correction, for construction of Baltimore City
Community Correctional Center #2 be used for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore
City; to provide that an appropriation for the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, Division of Correction, for equipment for
the Regional Community Correctional Center for St.
Mary's, Charles and Calvert Counties be used for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Charles
County and for a pretrial facility in Charles
County; to provide that an appropriation for the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, Division of Correction, to supplement the
appropriation for acquisition of land and the design
and preparation of detailed plans and specifications
for a Community Correction Center be used for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Howard
County; to provide that an appropriation for the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, Division of Correction, to supplement the
appropriation for construction of a Community
Correctional Center in Baltimore City be used for a
Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore
City; to provide that an appropriation for the
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, Division of Correction, to supplement the
appropriation for construction of a Community
Correctional Center in Prince George's County be
used for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Prince George's County; to provide that an
appropriation for the Department of Public Safety
and Correctional Services, Division of Correction,
for planning and preparation of detailed plans and
specifications to convert the Eastern Correctional
Camp and the Poplar Hill Correctional Camp into
Regional Community Correctional Centers be used for
Community Adult Rehabilitation Centers in Wicomico
