is deleted as unnecessary.
The only other changes are in style.
Present Art. 1A, §7-704(b) and (c), which
provide for the issuance of a summons, a
trial, and the disposition of a fine on a
parking violation at a State owned airport,
are deleted as obsolete. Their provisions
differ only in relatively minor detail with
the comparable provisions of present Art. 66
1/2, §16-109.1—now Title 26, Subtitle 3 of
this article---and CJ §7-302, both of which
were amended by Ch. 289, Acts of 1975 to
apply to all State agencies authorized to
regulate motor vehicle parking.
The General Assembly may wish to note and
conform the vastly disparate penalties
provided for in this section and in §6—211 as
to similar rules and regulations adopted by
the Maryland Port Authority.
