160 Ch. 13
LAWS OF MARYLAND
CHARGE, TO ANY PERSON FOR THE PLANNING, ACQUISITION,
CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, OR OPERATION OF AN AIRPORT,
AIRPORT FACILITY, OR AIR NAVIGATION FACILITY. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 1A,
§7-702 (a). 5-216. CONTINUATION AND CHANGE OF RULES, FORMS, ORDERS,
AND DIRECTIVES; REFERENCES TO STATE AVIATION COMMISSION
AND DIRECTOR OF AERONAUTICS. EVERY RULE, REGULATION, FORM, ORDER, AND DIRECTIVE
ADOPTED BY OR RELATING TO THE FORMER STATE AVIATION
COMMISSION OF MARYLAND OR THE DIRECTOR OF AERONAUTICS
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL CHANGED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR OR
THE SECRETARY. EVERY REFERENCE IN THIS CODE, ANY OTHER
LAW, ORDINANCE, RESOLUTION, RULE, REGULATION, ORDER,
DIRECTIVE, LEGAL ACTION, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT
TO THE STATE AVIATION COMMISSION OF MARYLAND OR THE
DIRECTOR OF AERONAUTICS MEANS THE ADMINISTRATION OR THE
ADMINISTRATOR, RESPECTIVELY. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 41, §207B(c) and (d). In the first sentence of this section, the
present reference to "June 30, 1971" is
deleted as unnecessary; and, in the second
sentence, the word "order" is added to conform
to the similar provisions appearing in §2—107
of the Agriculture Article as well as the
reference to an "order" in the first sentence
of this section. The only other changes are in style. Although the revision of this article deletes
all references to abolished units, obsolete
references to the Commission or Director may
remain in other articles of the Code as well
as in various rules, regulations, forms, and
the like. For this reason, this section is
retained.
SUBTITLE 3. LICENSING AND REGISTRATION OF AIRPORTS. 5-301. DEFINITIONS. (A) IN GENERAL. IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used
as the standard introductory language to a
definition section.
