(D) FAILURE OF ANY LICENSED PHYSICIAN TO REGISTER
AS PROVIDED SHALL CAUSE A SUSPENSION OF HIS LICENSE, AND
A LICENSE, WHEN SUSPENDED, MAY NOT BE RESTORED EXCEPT
UPON THE PAYMENT TO THE BOARD OF A FEE OF $10 BY THE
SUSPENDED PRACTITIONER.
(E) ANY PHYSICIAN LICENSED TO PRACTICE BY THIS
ARTICLE SHALL NOTIFY THE SECRETARY OF THE BOARD OF
MEDICAL EXAMINERS IN WRITING WITHIN 60 DAYS OF HIS CHANGE
OF OFFICE ADDRESS. PHYSICIANS FAILING TO DO SO WILL BE
SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $10.
136.
(b) A person is guilty of a misdemeanor upon
conviction of [the following and shall be fined not less
than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred
dollars:
(1) The failure to register as required by §
128 of this article; or
(2) Violating] VIOLATING any of the
provisions of § 134 of this article AND SHALL BE FINED
NOT LESS THAN $25 NOR MORE THAN $500.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Residential School of the Institution of Psychiatry and
Human Behavior — Accreditation
