IN THEIR DISCRETION THE PROPERTY IS NO LONGER NEEDED FOR
PUBLIC USE BY THE COUNTY, AND MAY EXECUTE AND ACKNOWLEDGE
ANY AND ALL DEEDS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS NECESSARY TO
EFFECT AND COMPLETE THE SALE OF THE REAL OR LEASEHOLD
PROPERTY.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

to the Public Local Laws of Wicomico County being Article

supplemented through 1968, as amended) to read as
follows:
