MARVIN MANDEL, Governor
Accountancy, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,    with amendments, to read
as follows: Article 75A — Public Accountancy 3. (e) (1) On and after January 1, 1977, certified
public accountants who have certificates, and who have
registered under the provisions of this [title] ARTICLE,
shall comply with continuing education requirements
adopted by the Board as a prerequisite to the issuance or
renewal of registrations to engage in the practice of
public accounting.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved March 31, 1977.
CHAPTER 53 (Senate Bill 600) AN ACT concerning Corrective Bill — Public Information FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in the
laws relating to public information. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 76A - Public Information Section 10 (b) Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
Preamble WHEREAS, In subsection (b) of § 10, added in Article
76A by Chapter 715, Acts 1976, the reference to "§ 10
(b)" should be to "§ 10 (d)"; now, therefore SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 10 (b) of Article 76A - Public
Information, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
