10.
(b) All public agencies shall give supplemental
written public notice of any special or rescheduled
meeting, except as provided in § [10 (b)] 10 (d), no
later than 48 hours before the meeting. The notice shall
include the agenda, date, time and place of the meeting.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Preamble
WHEREAS, In § 20 of Article 78, as enacted by
Chapter 756, Acts of 1976, there are references to
"paragraph (c)" and "subparagraph (a)". In both
instances it is preferable that the designation used be
"subsection"; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 20(b) and (c) of Article 78 -
Public Service Commission Law, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
