1356                                      LAWS OF MARYLAND                            Ch. 51 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 14(d)(4) of Article 75 1/2 -
Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors 14. (d) (4) if after a third failure an applicant
desires a conference with a member of the Board, he must
file a petition within 45 days after the date of mailing
to him, at his last known address on file with the Board,
notice of his third [failure, the] FAILURE. THE Board
shall not be required to grant a conference to any
applicant who does not file his petition within the time
limited in this subsection.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved March 31, 1977.
CHAPTER 52 (Senate Bill 599) AN ACT concerning Corrective Bill — Public Accountancy FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in the
laws relating to public accountancy. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 75A - Public Accountancy Section 3(e) (1) Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
Preamble WHEREAS, In sub—subsection (1) of subsection (e),
added in §3 of Article 75A by chapter 264, Acts of 1976,
"this title" should be "this article"; now, therefore, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3(e)(1) of Article 75A - Public
