(a) There is a Legislative Policy Committee
composed of 20 members as follows:
(2) From the House of Delegates — The
Speaker, the chairman of the Appropriations Committee,
the chairman of the Economic Matters Committee, the
chairman of the Environmental Matters Committee, the
chairman of the Constitutional and Administrative Law
Committee, the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee,
the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, the floor leader
of the minority party and two additional members to be
appointed by the Speaker of the House and approved by a
majority vote of the House. As far as possible, these
two additional memberships shall be distributed SO as to
make the Legislative Policy Committee representative of
the various sections and interests of the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Preamble
WHEREAS, In sub-subsection (4) of subsection (d) in
§ 14 of Article 75 1/2, as amended by Chapter 258, Acts
of 1976, the comma following "notice of his third
failure" should be a period and the remainder of the
sub-subsection should constitute a second sentence; now,
therefore,
