Preamble
WHEREAS, In the last sentence in paragraph (2) of
subsection (a) in § 27 of Article 40, enacted by Chapter
362, Acts of 1976, the phrase "shall be distributed as to
make" should read "shall be distributed so as to make";
now, therefore,

|
|
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 27(a)(2) of Article 40 - General
Assembly, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
