Commissioners, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 25 — County Commissioners
10-I.
(a) The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
may regulate any public road, street, avenue, lane, alley
or bridge, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and storm drainage
facilities within St. Mary's County which is not within
the corporate limits of any incorporated city or town and
which has not been designated or maintained as a part of
the State or federal highway system or any extension with
respect to:
(6) The speed of [vehicles;] VEHICLES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Preamble
WHEREAS, At the end of subsection (c) in §173, added
in Article 23A by Chapter 685, Acts of 1976, there is a
reference to "§32B of Article 25 of this Code". There is
no §32B in Article 25; the reference was intended to be
to §32A; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OR
MARYLAND, That Section 17B(c) of Article 23A -
