(Senate Bill 232)
AN ACT concerning
Wicomico County and Somerset Counties -
Orphans' Court Judges
FOR the purpose of altering the salary and expense money
to be paid to Orphans' Court judges in Wicomico
County and Somerset Counties.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Estates and Trusts
Section 2-108(t) and (w)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section Sections 2-108(t) and (w) of
Article - Estates and Trusts, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
Article — Estates and Trusts
2-103.
(t) Each of the judges of the court for Somerset
County shall receive the sum of [$15] $20 for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of the court. Each judge
shall also receive an allowance of [$20 for traveling
expenses] $30 FOR EXPENSES for every day's attendance
upon the sessions of the court.
(w) Each of the judges of the court for Wicomico
County shall receive [$15] $20 for every day's attendance
upon the sessions of the court. Each judge shall also
receive an allowance of [$12 for mileage] $30 FOR
EXPENSES for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
the court.
