DELIVERING IT INTO THE SUPPLY TANKS OF TRUCKS.
(16) "PETROLEUM PRODUCTS" INCLUDES MOTOR
VEHICLE FUEL, RESIDUAL OILS NUMBER 4, 5, AND 6, AND ALL
GRADES OF JET (TURBO) FUEL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 4-906, to be under the amended
subtitle "Subtitle 9. Lobster, Terrapin, Surf Clams, and
Conch" be and it is hereby added to Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1976 Supplement) to read as follows:
