21-1408. PROHIBITED TURNS.

(1) IN ANY AREA WHERE TURNS ARE PROHIBITED BY
SIGNS; OR
(2) AT CROSSOVERS PROVIDED FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES.

21-14 10. SIZE, HEIGHT, AND LOAD OF VEHICLES.
A VEHICLE MAY NOT BE DRIVEN ON ANY VEHICULAR
CROSSING IF THE VEHICLE OR ITS LOAD EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
WEIGHT, WIDTH, OR HEIGHT PERMITTED BY THE REGULATIONS OF
THE MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR THAT VEHICULAR
CROSSING.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
from Art. 66 1/2, §11-1411 (a).
The term "Maryland Transportation Authority"
is substituted for the obsolete reference to
the "State Roads Commission". See §4-209 of
this article. The second sentence of present
§11—1411(a), which establishes a penalty of
$10 to $100 for violation of this section, is
deleted in deference to the standard penalty
established by Title 27 of this article; this,
