(I) "(SERIES 1968)" DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1,

(II) "(SERIES 1975)" DATED AS OF JULY 1,
1975; AND
(4) ANY OTHER REVENUE BONDS ISSUED UNDER THE
SAME PROVISIONS OF LAW THAT AUTHORIZED THE ISSUANCE OF
THE BONDS LISTED IN THIS SUBSECTION.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears as
the second sentence of Art. 94A, §1(c).
The present reference to "Maryland Port
Authority Revenue Bonds (Series 1958A)" is
deleted as obsolete since these bonds have
been paid off and the trust indenture
released.
In item (3) of this subsection, a reference to
the 1975 series of Bridge and Tunnel Revenue
Bonds is inserted. The 1975 Series was issued
under the same trust agreement as the 1968
Series and stands on a par with that series.
Item (4) of this subsection is new language
added to encompass any additional series of
revenue bonds, such as the 1975 Series Bridge
and Tunnel Bonds, that may be issued under
the same statutory provisions of the Code.
The only other changes are in style.
The first sentence of present Art. 94A, §1(c),
which defines "bonds of prior issues", is
deleted as unnecessary for purposes of this
title. That definition now appears in
§3-101(c) of this article.
(H) TRANSPORTATION FACILITY.
"TRANSPORTATION FACILITY" HAS THE MEANING STATED IN
§3-101 OF THIS ARTICLE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
added to avoid repetition of the definition
that already appears in §3-101 (1) of this
article.
