AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages
(Sunday Sales)

FOR the purpose of permitting certain licensees to sell
alcoholic beverages on Sunday in Baltimore City.

Section 90(a)(4)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 90(a) (4) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) to read as follows:

90.

(A) (4) IN BALTIMORE CITY,    A CLASS B AND A CLASS

C BEER AND LIGHT WINE OR BEER, WINE    AND LIQUOR LICENSEE

MAY SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT      A BAR OR COUNTER ON
SUNDAY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
