SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 6—602 be and it is hereby added to Article 1A —
Aviation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:

THE HOLDER OF A FEDERAL AIRMAN'S CERTIFICATE OF
COMPETENCY SHALL PRESENT THE CERTIFICATE FOR INSPECTION
ON DEMAND BY ANY AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATION REPRESENTATIVE
OR ANY STATE OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

MARYLAND, That Sections 67, 130, 159E (b) of Article 56 -
Licenses, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
