Any person[, firm, or corporation, violating] WHO
VIOLATES any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a
misdemeanor[;] and ON CONVICTION is subject to a fine not
exceeding $5,000, or imprisonment not exceeding one year,
or both, for [any] EACH violation[, with costs imposed in
the discretion of the court ].

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.
