AN ACT concerning

Penalties — Corrective

FOR the purpose of correcting and clarifying the language
of certain provisions establishing sanctions and
penalties for certain violations; and deleting
certain redundant or otherwise unnecessary language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-325(c) of Article - Agriculture,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

7-325.

(c) Any person [violating the provisions] WHO
VIOLATES ANY PROVISION of this section shall be dismissed
immediately from office.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
2—203(c) of Article — Estates and Trusts, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows;
