AN ACT to levy and impose a tax authorized by Section
44-2 of the Code of Public Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince
George's County," subtitle "Hotels and Motels," as
enacted by Chapter 738 of the Laws of Maryland, 1971
Session, to provide for the levy and imposition of a
tax of 3% on all gross amounts paid to the owners or
operators of hotels and motels in Prince George's
County, pursuant to rules and regulations provided
herein.

Sections 16 subtitle "Hyattsville No. 16" and 17
subtitle "Chillum No. 17" of the Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County, Maryland, being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland to
change the line between the 16th and 17th Election
Districts.

Multi—Family Occupancy Tax; clarifying the term
housing subsidy; permitting exemptions from said tax
for any unit occupied by a lessee who receives
Public Assistance through the Prince George's
Department of Social Services, or occupied by a
lessee who is certified disabled and whose gross
income is not in excess of $7,500, providing for
