payment of the occupancy tax by the lessee to the
landlord at the time rent is due and forwarding of
said tax by the landlord to the County; and
permitting the Prince George's County Treasurer to
grant extensions to landlords for the time of filing
reports.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Section 43
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, Maryland, 1963 Edition (being Article 17 of
the Coda of Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled
"Prince George's County", subtitled "Hospitals," as
subsequently repealed and reanacted with amendments
by CB—40-1973, to provide for a Hospital Commission
for Prince George's County responsible for
developing and maintaining a County—wide system of
integrated hospital, nursing home and ambulatory
care facilities and services in conformance with
applicable federal, state and local comprehensive
health planning laws, rules and regulations, and
plans; to provide for coordination and contractual
relationships with the State and County Departments
of Health and approved federal, state and local
comprehensive health planning agencies and other
health care service and shared service agencies; to
provide for a Board of Directors at each member
hospital responsible for establishing policy for the
internal operation of each hospital; and to provide
for the financing of Prince George's County
hospitals and hospital related health care
facilities and the Hospital Commission, consistent
with Article 8 of the Charter of Prince George's
County, by providing for the establishment of an
Enterprise Fund for the operation of the Hospital
Commission and member hospitals as self—sustaining
public service enterprises.

Baths", and Section 50—3, titled "Masseurs;
Masseuses", as adopted by Chapters 11 and 12 of the

CB-49, 1973), and to amend by adding a new Subtitle
50-7, titled "Massage Establishments", to the Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County, to provide for
procedural, administrative and licensure standards
