provide further for the option to purchase one—third
of all moderately priced dwelling units to be
exercised by the Montgomery County Housing
Opportunities Commission or other designated agency
or corporation.
Chapter 37
AN ACT to repeal in their entirety, Sections 21-5, title
"Cabin John Park - Generally," and 21-6, title
"Same-Area No. 7 Fire Board Member." of Chapter 21,
title "Fire and Rescue Services" of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, in order to abolish
the Fire Board of the Cabin John Park Volunteer Fire
Department.

AN ACT to amend Section 20A-4(a) and (g) , title
"Statement of Financial Interests to be Filed" of
Chapter 20A, title "Financial Disclosure" of the
Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, to require
all persons holding or appointed to certain
designated offices and positions in the County to
file the initial sworn statement of financial
interest required by this Chapter on or before
October 1, 1976, to require parsons holding certain
designated elected positions in the County to file
the sworn financial disclosure statement required by
this Chapter to be filed in 1976 on or before
October 1, 1976, and to declare that an emergency
exists and that this Act shall take effect on the
date it becomes law.

AN ACT to amend the Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, Maryland, 1967 Edition, as amended, to add a
new Section 79A, titled "Transportation," to provide
for the regulation of conduct on public
transportation vehicles operating within the County.
