AN ACT to clarify, redefine and extend the limitation
imposed upon the discharge of certain firearms
within the Metropolitan District, by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments subsection 13-6(a) of
the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title
"Offenses—Miscellaneous".

AN ACT to provide for the treatment and disposition of
injured or diseased dogs and cats found at large,
the owners of which are unknown, by adding new
Section 3—40 to the Baltimore County Code, 1968,
title "Animals", under new Article IV. Injured or
diseased dogs and cats at large.

AN ACT to revise motor vehicle parking regulations,
fines, penalties, and procedures in Baltimore
County; to provide for the collection of parking
fines by the Director of Finance unless the
recipient elects to stand trial; to grant certain
powers to the Director of Finance in connection with
the collection of parking fines and enforcement of
the provisions relating thereto; to provide
penalties for the non-payment of fines; to provide
that 30 days after the third unsatisfied violation
notice a vehicle will be subject to impounding; and
to establish procedures to enable the recipient of a
parking violation notice to stand trial therefor; by
repealing Section 17-15 of the Baltimore County
Code, 1968 (1973 Cumulative Supplement) title "Motor
Vehicles and Traffic"; by repealing and re-enacting
with amendments Sections 17—14, 17-33, 17-34 and
subsection 17—53(a) of said Code as supplemented and
by adding thereto new Sections 17-70 through
17-73.1.
