AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 6—100(a) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6,
"Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally",
to provide an additional exception for those
properties taken in the land acquisition process and
leased back to the former property owners, their
heirs, or estate, and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 11-409(m) and Section 11-410A of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 11, "Health and Welfare", Subtitle 4,
"Sanitary Landfills", to limit the hours of
accessibility of waste containers located at the
entrance of sanitary landfills; and to revise the
fees for disposal of wastes at County owned and/or
operated sanitary landfills; and matters generally
related thereto.

Bill No. 6-75
AN ACT to broaden Health Department discretion in
modifying prohibited acts relative to weed control,
by repealing subsection 13-114(b) of the Baltimore
County Code, 1963 (1973 Cumulative Supplement title
"Health and Sanitation", Article X. Heed Control,
and enacting new subsection 13-114(b) in lieu
thereof.
