AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 13-317.2(5) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article V,
"Industrial Districts", to delete manufacturing
processes as a special exception in W2 Light
Industrial Districts emitting fumes of hydrogen
sulfide, sulfur, sulfur dioxide and corrosive acids;
to repeal Section 13-318.2(3), (5), (7), (9), (11),
(12) and (13) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article, to delete as a special exception in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts chemical manufacturing,
disinfectants, insecticides, manufacturing processes
permitted in W3 Heavy Industrial Districts emitting
fumes of hydrogen sulfide, sulfur, sulfur dioxide
and corrosive acids, paint and allied products
manufacturing, plastics manufacturing and resins
manufacturing; to repeal Section 13—343.7A of said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article XI, to delete
chemical manufacturing in W3 Heavy Industrial
Districts; to repeal Section 13—343.10A of said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to delete
disinfectants manufacturing excluding halogen based
compounds as a permitted use in W3 Heavy Industrial
Districts; to repeal Section 13—343.15B of said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to delete
insecticides manufacturing as a permitted use in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts subject to certain
criteria; to repeal Section 13-343.17B of said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article, to delete manufacturing
processes emitting fumes of hydrogen sulfide,
sulfur, sulfur dioxide and corrosive acids as a
permitted use in W2 Light Industrial Districts and
W3 Heavy Industrial Districts; to provide new
Section numbers and captions for Section 13—343.17C
and Section 13-343.17D; to repeal Section
13-343.20A of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article, to delete paint and allied products
manufacturing as a permitted use in W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts; to provide new Section numbers
and captions for Section 13-343.20B and Section
13-343.20C; to repeal Section 13-343.20D of said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to delete
plastics manufacturing as a permitted use in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts; to repeal Section
13-343.24A of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article, to delete resins manufacturing as a
