AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 17-605(f)(1) and 17-606(f)(1) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and
Wastewater Charges and Assessments", to exempt
certain disabled persons from the user connection
charge, capital facilities connection charge,
capital facilities assessment charge and the front
foot assessment charge for water and wastewater,
until the sale or transfer of property.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 17-711(c)(1) and repeal Section 17-711(f)(3)
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7,
"Miscellaneous Taxes", to delete the requirement for
an affidavit from the person recording the
instrument as to the value paid for the property,
and matters generally related thereto.
