to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article to follow
immediately after Section 1-217 (41), (192), (22),
(349) and (13) to change the salary grades for
certain existing Class Titles; to create the new
position of Attorney I; Management Assistant,
Principal; Appraiser, Review; Technician
Engineering, Senior; and Agent, Right of Way,
Senior; to eliminate the position and pay grades of
Technician, Personnel; Officer, Police Services I;
Officer, Police Services II (a) Communications, (b)
General, and (c) Identification; and to change the
requirements for Captain, Police; Lieutenant,
Police; and Sergeant, Police, and matters generally
related thereto.

Bill No. 81-75
AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 12-2200 through
[[12-2208]] 12-2209, inclusive, to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
12, "Licenses, Permits and Franchises", to follow
immediately after Section 12—2108 and to be under
the new Subtitle 22, "Live Model Photographic
Studios", to require the licensing of Live Model
Photographic Studios, operators and employees, to
provide fees, standards and regulations therefor,
and to provide penalties for violations thereof,
authorizing injunctive relief under some
circumstances, and matters generally related
thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1 of Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill
No. 10-75, legalizing Supplements Nos. 22, 1-75 and
23, 4-75, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition), as prepared and published by the Municipal
Code Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida, and making
it evidence of the law of Anne Arundel County,
Maryland.
