establish the criteria permitting transmission lines
(above ground in excess of 69 KV) in W2 Light
Industrial Districts; to re-adopt new zoning
regulations setting forth the various zoning
classifications and land uses within said
classifications, to set standards and limitations of
said uses; to provide for the adoption of zoning
maps, to re—designate the section numbers as
originally adopted, and to authorize additional
re-numbering or re—arrangement of such sections of
said Subtitle as may be necessary or desirable to
maintain an orderly numbering sequence for the
entire Subtitle, to make general technical changes
made necessary by the implementation of the entire
Subtitle, to provide that said Subtitle shall become
effective in each Assessment District as the zoning
maps for the respective district become effective,
to provide penalties for violations of the
provisions of said Subtitle, to make general
technical and/or editorial changes, and matters
generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-318.1(3A) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article V,
"Industrial Districts", to follow immediately after
Section 13-318.1(3), to add Atmospheric Gases
(production and storage) as a permitted use in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts; to repeal Section
13-313.7 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article
and to enact new Section 13-313.7 in lieu thereof to
stand in the place of the Section repealed, to
define building height limits, and matters generally
related thereto.
