Section numbers and captions for Sections 13—343.17B
and 13-343.17C; to add new Section 13-343.20A to
follow immediately after Section 13-343.20 of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions', heading, "Other Special Exceptions", to
provide the criteria permitting the manufacturing of
paint and allied products in W3 Heavy Industrial
Districts; to provide new Section numbers and
captions for Section 13-343.20A and 13-343.20B; to
add new Section 13-343.20D to follow immediately
after Section 13-343.20C of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions", heading,
"Other Special Exceptions", to provide the criteria
for permitting the manufacturing of plastics in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts; to repeal Section
13-343.22 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article
XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other Special
Exceptions", and enact new Section 13-343.22 in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to establish the criteria permitting race
tracks other than horse race tracks in W2 Light
Industrial Districts and Deferred Development
Districts (as a temporary use); to add new Section
13—343.24A to follow immediately after Section
13-343.24 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article
XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other Special
Exceptions", to provide the criteria permitting the
manufacturing of resins in W3 Heavy Industrial
Districts; to repeal Section 13—343.27; to repeal
and re—enact, with amendments, Section 13—343.29 of
said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, to delete W2
Industrial Districts as a classification permitting
sanitary landfills; to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments, Section 13-343.29(7) of said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article, to provide that
sanitary landfills may be permitted in W3
Industrial Districts; to repeal Section 13—343.32 of
said Code, Title, and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", heading, "Other Special Exceptions",
and enact new Section 13—343.32 in lieu thereof, to
stand in the place of the Section repealed; to
provide criteria for permitting the storage of
petroleum products on site for retail sale or use by
permitted industries in W2 Light Industrial
Districts and W3 Heavy Industrial Districts; to add
new Section 13-343.32A to follow immediately after
Section 13-343.32 of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other
Special Exceptions", to provide for the criteria for
permitting storage in excess of [[five hundred
thousand (500,000)]] one million (1,000,000) gallons
of petroleum products on site for use by permitted
industries or public utilities in W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts; to repeal Section 13—343.33,
"Tanneries"; to add new Section 13-343.33B to follow
immediately after Section 13-343.33A of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", heading, "Other Special Exceptions", to
