Section repealed, to expand the uses permitted in
W1-A Research and Development Districts; to repeal
ana re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-3 15.2 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V,
"Industrial Districts", to permit special exceptions
in W1 — A Research and Development Districts subject
to the criteria set forth in Section 13-341 and
13-343 of this Subtitle; to repeal Section 13-315.3
of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V,
"Industrial Districts" and enact new Section
13-315.3 in lieu thereof to stand in the place of
the Section repealed, to reclassify or redefine uses
permitted in W1—B Industrial Development Districts;

to add new Section 13-318.2a, "Special Provisions",

of said Cole, Title, Subtitle and Article, to follow

immediately after Section 13-318.2; to repeal

Section 13-315.4 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article and enact new Section 13-315.4 in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to provide for special exceptions in W1-B
Industrial Development Districts subject to the
criteria as set forth in Sections 13—341 and 13-343
of this Subtitle; to repeal Section 13—315.5 of said
Code, Title, Subtitle and Article and enact new
Section 13-315.5 in lieu thereof to stand in the
place of the Section repealed, to provide that
certain uses shall be prohibited in W1—Industrial
Park Districts; to repeal Section 13-315.6 of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial
Districts", and enact new Section 13-315.5 in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to provide area requirements for all
W1—Industrial Park Districts; to add new Section
13-315.8A, "Building Elevations", to follow
immediately after Section 13-315.8 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial
Districts", to provide for a limitation on building
elevations; to repeal Section 13-315.9(c) of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial
Districts"; to add new Section 13—316.1a to follow
immediately after Section 13—316.1 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial
Districts", to provide for the control in emission
of odors and fumes in W1-Industrial Park Districts;
to repeal Section 13-316.6 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial Districts" and
enact new Section 13-316.6 in lieu thereof to stand
in the place of the Section repealed, to provide for
the criteria for outdoor storage; to repeal Sections
13-317 through 13-317.7 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial Districts",
heading, "W2 Light Industrial Districts", and enact
new Sections 13-317 through 13-317.7 in lieu thereof
to stand in the place of the Sections repealed, to
reclassify and/or redesignate light industrial
districts, to provide for permitted uses, special
