frontage at building line, setbacks and building
height requirements in W2 Light Industrial

Districts; to add new Section 13-317.2a, "Special

Provisions" , of said Code, Title, Subtitle and

Article, to follow immediately after Section

13-317.2; to add new Section 13-317.3, "Pollution
Control and Safety", of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article; to repeal Sections 13—316 through
13-313.7 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article
V, "Industrial Districts", heading "W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts", and enact new Sections 13—318
through 13-319.7 in lieu thereof to stand in the
place of the Sections repealed, to reclassify and/or
redesignate heavy industrial districts and to
provide for permitted uses, special exceptions, area
requirements, yards, minimum lot frontage at
building line, setbacks and building height
requirements in W3 Heavy Industrial Districts; to
add new Section 13-318.9, "Pollution Control and
Safety" to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article to
follow immediately after Section 13—318.7; to repeal
and re—enact, with amendments, Sections 13—327.2(c),
(d) , (2) and (g) of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article VIII, "Off Street Parking", to reclassify
and/or redesignate required off street parking
spaces; to repeal Section 13-327.6(10) of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article VIII, "Off Street
Parking", and enact new Section 13-327.6(10) in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to provide criteria for the amount of
space required to be designated for parking; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
13—331(2)(b) of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article IX, "Signs", to provide an exception where
the establishment is a multiple use one and then a
directory of the individual uses located therein may
be a permitted use in the sign area; to add new
Section 13-341.1(8) to said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article XI, "Special Exceptions", to require an
applicant to present sufficient evidence that he
will be able to maintain adherence to the criteria
set forth in Section 13-343 for the specific use;

to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section

13—341.2 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article

to follow immediately after Section 13-341.1; to add
new Section 13—341.3 to follow immediately after
Section 13-341.2 of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", to provide that an
applicant for special exception shall file a
statement on the nature of the facilities for which
the special exception is being sought; to repeal
Section 13—343 of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other
Special Exceptions", and enact new Section 13—343 in
lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to provide criteria for specific special
exception uses as set forth in this Subtitle; to add
