AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-203 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
17, "Taxation", Subtitle 2, "Assessment and Levy"
and to enact new Section 17—203 in lieu thereof to
stand in the place of the Section repealed to
establish a tax credit for persons with a disability
in accordance with the provisions of Section 12F—3
of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition and Supplements).

Bill No. 73-75

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-300.2 (8A), (30A),
(31A), (36A), (63A), (68A) and (76B) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", respectively, under
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions", to
add definitions (8A) ATMOSPHERIC GASES, (30A)
Fabrication, (31A) Flammable Materials, (36A)
General Offices, (63A) Multiple Use, (68A) Petroleum
Products and (76B) Reservoir Space; to repeal
Section 13-300.2 (37), (47) and (115) of said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article and enact new Section
13-300.2 (37) defining Green Area, (47) defining Lot
and (115) defining Yard, in lieu thereof, to stand
in the place of the Sections repealed; to repeal
Section 13-300.6(a) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", and enact new Section 13—300.6(a) in
lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to redefine general setback requirements;
to add new Section 13-300.24 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", to require where a principal or
accessory use occupies a building or is sheltered by
a structure of any kind, such building or structure
shall be permanently attached to the ground or to
something having permanent location on the ground,
except for the principal uses in mobile home parks;
to add new Section 13-300.25 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", to prohibit any use not specifically
set forth in this Subtitle as permitted; to repeal
and reenact, with amendments, Section 13-315(1) of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article V,
"Industrial Districts", as added by Bill No. 20-70,
to delete the words "a pure" and redefine W1—A
Research and Development Districts; to add new
Section 13—315.1(1A) to said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article V, "Industrial Districts", "Data
Processing and Computer Services"; to repeal Section
13-315.1(5) and (6) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
