The following resolution was then introduced:

[Annexation #1—75 of Thurmont in the Code of Public
Local Laws of Frederick County.

Effective Date April 25, 1975]

To Be Included in Minutes of Meeting
Town of Thurmont

The president read to the meeting a letter of
Petition, dated February 1975, from:

The Petitioners, L. W. Wolfe and S. T. Royer
3rd, owners by contract purchase, requesting the
annexation of 1.35 acres of land, more or less along the
Northwest quadrant of the intersection of U.S. Rt. 15 and
Md. 81.

The signatures to the petition, which is attached
hereto, were ascertained by the Commissioners to
represent one hundred per cent (100%) of the resident of
the areas therein who are registered as voters in County
Elections in the precinct which the areas are located,
and also the owners by contract of one hundred per cent
(100%) of the real property located within that area.

The following resolution was then introduced:

[Annexation #2—75 of Thurmont in the Code of Public
Local Laws of Frederick County.

Petition, dated February 5, 1975, from:

FIRST: That your Petitioners, Kenneth M. Angleberger
and Gloria A. Angleberger, his wife, owners of
Parcel #1, requesting the annexation of 1.74
acres, of land, more or less, (part of said
parcel lying within the Town limits), lying on
the north side of East Main Street or Maryland
Route #77 and along the present Eastern
Boundary of the Town.
