RESOLUTION OF CHARTER REVISION
Resolution of the Commissioners of Brookeville, Maryland,
Adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI—E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland and
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
edition, as amended), title: "Corporations -
Municipal," to repeal and re—enact the Charter of
said Town of Brookeville as set forth in Sections
75—1 to 75—30, inclusive, of Chapter 75 of the
Montgomery County Code, 1972 edition, title,
"Brookeville," the said Sections being the Charter
of the Town of Brookeville.
[New Charter of Brookeville as found in the Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County, repealed and
added.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 82-75-1
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition,
as amended, titled "Corporation-Municipal" to amend
the Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge by
repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Subsection (h) entitled "CORPORATE PERSONAL PROPERTY
TAX DISCOUNT INTEREST" of Section 3-37 entitled
"TAXES" of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, 1974 Edition, said Code being
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland entitled "DORCHESTER COUNTY" subtitled
"CAMBRIDGE", changing the length of time and
interest rate for delinquents.
