CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 83-75-2
RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Cambridge adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition,
as amended), titled "Corporation—Municipal", to
amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Cambridge
by repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Section 3—12 entitled "Absentee voting" of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland entitled
"Dorchester County", subtitled "Cambridge",
providing for voting in the municipal elections by
those absent from Dorchester County on the date of
said elections.

RESOLUTION
TO EXTEND AND INCREASE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN
OF CAPITOL HEIGHTS, COUNTY OF PRINCE GEORGE'S, STATE
OF MARYLAND, ANNEXING THERETO A CERTAIN TRACT OF
LAND CONTIGUOUS TO AND NOT EMBRACED WITHIN THE
PRESENT LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF CAPITOL HEIGHTS.
WHEREAS, the Town of Capitol Heights, Maryland, a
municipal corporation, is desirous of enlarging and
adding to the corporate boundaries thereof certain land
which is contiguous and adjoining to the existing
corporate area, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
Capitol Heights, by Agreement with Arundel Supply
Corporation, a Maryland Corporation, sole owners of
certain hereinafter described tract of unimproved real
property contiguous and adjoining the present boundaries
of the corporate limits of the Town of Capitol Heights,
have determined to annex said real property to the lands
included within the corporate limits of said Town, and
