hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

29-10.

(b) (2) For the purposes of this section, the
express powers contained and enumerated in Article 25A of
the Annotated Code are intended and shall be deemed to
incorporate and include the power and authority contained
in this section; provided, however, that members of the
Board of Education of Baltimore County who do not comply
with the provisions of the financial disclosure
requirements enacted by the Baltimore County Council
shall be subject to removal in accordance with Article
77, § [35(h)] 35.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
