Harford County — Alcoholic Beverages
FOR the purpose of altering certain fees in Harford
County; changing certain classifications in Harford
County; requiring certain applicants in Harford
County to be residents under certain circumstances,
but not requiring those applicants to be registered
voters; prohibiting certain licensees in Harford
County to hold more than one license, with certain
exemptions; prohibiting transfer of certain licenses
in Harford County; requiring certain funds to be
paid to the general funds of Harford County;
establishing certain privileges on certain election
days in Harford County; altering the times for
dispensing of alcoholic beverages in Harford County;
requiring certain payments to be made to the
division of sewer and water of Harford County;
requiring members of the liquor control board in
Harford County to be appointed or replaced by the
county executive with the advice and consent of the
County Council; correcting language; and clarifying
language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 13(h), 14(g)(1) and (2), 15(f),
19(f-2) (1) and (2), and 40(a) and (b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 13(h), 14(g)(1) and (2), 15(f),
19(f-2) (1) and (2), and 40(a) and (b) of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
