(3) THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE AS SPECIFIED IN

(C) (9) SECTION 18 - CLASS A BEER, WINE AND
LIQUOR

(I) 6 DAY LICENSE - 6:00 A.M. TO

MIDNIGHT

(II) 7 DAY LICENSE - 6:00 A.M. TO
MIDNIGHT, EXCEPT ON SUNDAYS FROM 6:00 A.M. TO MIDNIGHT
FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND LIGHT WINE ONLY.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
18(o) of Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Coda of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

18.

(o) This section [shall] DOES not apply to
Dorchester, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Montgomery,

Somerset[,] AND Wicomico [and Worchester] counties, in
all of which jurisdictions [such] THESE licenses [shall]
MAY not be issued.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect on July 1, 1976, contingent upon the

taking effect of Chapter of the Acts of 1976 (House

Bill Number 2104), Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages

(County Liquor Dispensary and if Chapter does not

become effective, this Act shall be null and void without
the necessity of further action by the General Assembly.

SECTION [[4]] 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1976 subject to the
provisions of Section 4.
