V. Milk, where used herein, [shall refer] REFERS
only to milk which is intended for sale for human
consumption. "Milk" on the dairy farm, or in the
possession of the producer or his agent, and until it
reaches the processor or distributor, [shall mean and
include] MEANS AND INCLUDES only such as is the whole,
unadjusted, unaltered, unadulterated, lacteal secretion
obtained by the complete milking of one or more healthy
animals and which contains no appreciable quantity of
colostrum. "Milk" when processed or offered for sale by
a processor or distributor [shall mean and include] MEANS
AND INCLUDES the unadulterated lacteal secretion which
contains not less than 8.25 percent milk solids—not—fat
and not less than [3.50] 3.25 percent butterfat. Milk
fat or butterfat refers only to the natural fat of milk.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
570(A) through 570(Y), respectively, of Article 43 -
Health, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby renumbered to be Sections 570(a) through 570(y),
respectively.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning
Traders' Licenses
[[FOR the purpose of requiring that certain promoters
obtain a traders' license for certain shows; and
exempting those who sell or barter at licensed shows
from traders' license requirements; and clarifying
language.]]
FOR the purpose of permitting certain exhibitors who
already hold a traders' license, to use the license
to participate in certain shows; to require certain
exhibitors to secure a traders' license before they
can participate in certain shows; providing
penalties for promoters violating provisions of this
Act; defining certain terms; and clarifying
language.
