REGISTERING STATE, THE OBLIGEE SHALL BE REPRESENTED BY
THE STATE'S ATTORNEY, EXCEPT THAT IF THE OBLIGEE IS A
PUBLIC AGENCY TO WHICH SUPPORT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED
OR AN INDIVIDUAL WHOSE REQUEST FOR REGISTRATION IS
BROUGHT AS PART OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES OF
A PUBLIC AGENCY, THE OBLIGEE SHALL BE REPRESENTED AS
PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 88A, §59(D).

SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1976.

reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
