Chapter 406 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1974

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 5(M)(1)(f) of Chapter 289 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1974 be and it is hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

12 of Chapter 406 of the Acts of 1974 is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(i) To supplement the appropriation
"Construction of an addition to Howard Hall...." as shown
on page 1018 of the Acts of 1969, as further amended by
Chapter 101 of the Acts of 1970; Section 8 of Chapter 409
of the Acts of 1969 and Section 8 of Chapter 101 of the
Acts of 1970 being hereby modified to the extent that
said work may begin upon satisfactory assurances to the
Board of Public Works that said project can be completed
