1970 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 714 of the Commission, not appointed by the County (B) THE COMMISSION SHALL CONSIST OF 11 MEMBERS APPOINTED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. SPECIAL CONSIDERATION SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MINORITY GROUP REPRESENTATIVES. WHERE POSSIBLE, ONE MEMBER SHALL BE CHOSEN FROM EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: CATHOLIC CLERGY, MINISTERIAL ASSOCIATIONS, BOARD OF EDUCATION. AND COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION.___THE COMMISSION MEMBERS SHALL SERVE FOR A TERM OF FOUR YEARS, AND ALL MEMBERS SHALL SERVE WITHOUT COMPENSATION. THE COMMISSION THAN ANNUALLY A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT COVERING ITS ACTIVITIES. (C) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY PROVIDE FOR AND APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE COMMISSION TO ACCOMPLISH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION. SECTION 2.
