(g) Secretary and deputy secretary of a
principal Executive Department of State government;

(h) State Senator;

(i) Delegate of the House of Delegates;

(j) State's Attorney;

(k) Clerk of the Circuit court for each
county, or of a court of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore
City;

PEOPLE'S COUNSEL, CHIEF ENGINEER, CHIEF AUDITOR, DIRECTOR
OF TRANSPORTATION AND CHIEF HEARING EXAMINER OF THE
PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Merit System — Annual Leave

FOR the purpose of providing that with certain

exceptions, every [[classified,]] unclassified [[,]]
or appointed State official is entitled to
compensation for earned and unused annual leave upon
the termination of State service; and making style
changes.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 64A - Merit System

Section 37(b)
