AN ACT concerning

Financial Disclosure

FOR the purpose of including members and certain officers
of the Public Service Commission among those persons
required to file financial disclosure statements
with the Secretary of State.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 33 — Election Code

Section 29-3

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 29-3 of Article 33 - Election
Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

2 9-3.

All persons holding and candidates for the following
State offices are required to file the statements
provided for in this subtitle:

(a)    Governor;

(b)    Lieutenant Governor;

(c)    Attorney General and Deputy Attorney
General;

(d)    State Comptroller and Deputy
Comptroller;

(e)    State Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer;

(f)

Secretary of State;
