NO OTHER TIMES.

118.

(e) In Wicomico County[, it shall be unlawful for

any person under the age of twenty—one years, except a

bona fide employee in the course of his employment, to
possess or have upon his person any alcoholic beverages
other than beer and light wine and for any person under
eighteen years to possess or have upon his person any
beer or light wine. Any minor having such alcoholic

beverages in his possession as aforesaid shall upon

conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).]:

(1)    A PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS MAY NOT POSSESS
OR HAVE UPON HIS PERSON ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

(2)    EXCEPT A BONA FIDE EMPLOYEE IN THE

COURSE OF HIS EMPLOYMENT, A PERSON UNDER 21 YEARS MAY
ONLY POSSESS OR HAVE UPON HIS PERSON BEER OR LIGHT WINE
OF 14 PERCENT OF ALCOHOL BY VOLUME.

(3) ANY PERSON VIOLATING THIS SECTION UPON
CONVICTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND SHALL BE FINED
NOT MORE THAN $50.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 18(n-1), [[21(h-1)]] 40(c-1), 41(k), 41(1) and
162(d) be and they are hereby added to Article 2B —
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

(N-1) (1) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, THE ANNUAL LICENSE
FEE IS [[$1,000]] $2,000.

(2) ALL LICENSEES SHALL PURCHASE ALL [[WINES
AND]] LIQUORS FROM THE COUNTY DISPENSARIES FOR WICOMICO
COUNTY.

(3) THE COUNTY DISPENSARIES SHALL MAKE ALL
WHOLESALE SALES TO THE LICENSEES AT A MARK UP OF NOT MORE
THAN 15 PERCENT ABOVE THE OPERATING COST TO THE
DISPENSARY.

(H-1) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, THE ANNUAL FEE FOR A
SIX-DAY LICENSE IS $1,500.]]
