(1) In Allegany County, however, Sunday
sales when New Year's Eve or New Year's Day fall on a
Sunday shall be governed by §89 (i) of this article.

(5) In Garrett County, however, Sunday sales

when New Year's Eve or New Year's Day fall on a Sunday

shall be governed by §89 (j) of this article.

[(6) In Wicomico County, however, when New
Year's Eve or New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, Sunday
sales shall be governed by §89(k) of this article.]

105A.

In Wicomico County, (1) a Class B "on-sale" hotel
and restaurant license for the sale of beer, wine and
liquor authorizes the sale or disposal of [such]
alcoholic beverages between the hours of [ten o'clock]
10:00 a.m., Monday to Saturday, inclusive, and 1:00 a.m.
of the following day, and between 12:30 p.m. and 10:00
p.m. on Sunday ([[provided that under [such] THE Sunday
licenses the sale or disposal of [such] THESE alcoholic
beverages is permitted only as a supplement to meals]]
and then only for consumption by patrons seated on the
premises), and at no other times; (2) a Class C "on—sale"
club license authorizes the sale or disposal of alcoholic
beverages between the hours of [10 o'clock] 10:00 a.m.,
Monday to Saturday, inclusive and [1 o'clock] 1:00 a.m.
on the following day, [and at no other time] AND BETWEEN
12:30 P.M. AND 10:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY (PROVIDED THAT UNDER
THE SUNDAY LICENSES THE SALE OR DISPOSAL OF ANY ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IS PERMITTED ONLY [[AS A SUPPLEMENT TO MEALS
AND THEN ONLY]] FOR CONSUMPTION BY PATRONS SEATED ON THE
PREMISES), AND AT NO OTHER TIMES.        [[However, this

section is subject to the provisions of § 89 (k) of this
article concerning sales on New Year's Eve or New Year's
Day regardless of the day of the week on which December

In Wicomico County notwithstanding any other
provisions of this subtitle, the hours during which the
privilege conferred by a beer or beer and light wine
Class B (on—sale) hotel and restaurant license and a beer
or beer and light wine [[OR A BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR Class
D]] (on—sale) license may be exercised, [shall be] IS
from [six o'clock] 6:00 a.m. to [one o'clock] 1:00 a.m.
on the day following, Monday through Saturday, inclusive;
and [[at no other times. However, this section is
